AGNC Conference 2026

The 2026 AGNC conference will be happening in Oxford, and the agenda has now been released! Download it here.

Registration is now open via this link (non members can register by creating an account)
The conference theme is One Team: Exploring Professional and Clinical Issues through the Lens of Team Culture and its Link to Clinical Safety.

Please also note the early bird rate closes at the end of February.

Accommodation

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford have provided a 10% discount code for the night of the 26th and 27th for those registered to attend the conference is OXFOXF0426. This code applies to the best available rate, which may vary daily. Please note that their cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival

Travel awards

The AGNC and BSGM both have travel awards available for those wishing to attend. Applicants must have been a member for 1 year or more and cannot have received a separate travel award within the last 2 years.

2 days and conf dinner:
AGNC members - £175 (£155 early bird)
Non-members - £195 (£165 early bird)

2 days without dinner:
AGNC members - £145 (£125 early bird)
Non-members - £165 (£145 early bird)

1 day only with dinner:
AGNC members - £120 (early bird £105)
Non-members - £140 (early bird £125)

1 day only without dinner:
AGNC members - £90 (early bird £75)
Non-members - £110 (early bird £95)
