been developed to assist in collecting a
portfolio of evidence of
competence to submit for registration.
Intent
Notification Form This
must be
completed and sent to the GCRB before a
portfolio can be submitted. Intention
to register should be submitted no more than
one month before 31st March year (this will usually be
six months prior to your planned portfolio
submission date).
