With the groups agreement their work to date is being circulated to help GCs as they formulate their own local outlines.       It must be emphasised however that they are being circulated as discussion documents and that local KSF groups will still need to refer to both the KSF document, AGNC competencies and take account of their own working practices prior to producing full outlines for their GCs.
